Astral Projection
Astral Projection

Astral projection, the ability to project one's consciousness outside of the physical body, is a practice shrouded in mystery and intrigue. This guide provides a structured technique for achieving astral travel, focusing on grounding and visualization to create a safe and controlled experience. By establishing a strong connection to your physical body and utilizing a visualized "gold cord" as an anchor, you can explore past or present locations on a mental "screen" while maintaining a sense of presence and awareness. This method emphasizes safety and responsibility, advising against interaction with the observed environment and stressing the importance of preparatory practice to build a strong foundation for successful and enjoyable astral projection.

  1. Find the center of your head*

  2. Ground**

  3. Create a screen on the outside edge of your aura

  4. From the center of your head, view the place you want to go on your screen

  5. Move your attention from the center of your head to your 7th

  6. From your 7th chakra, create a gold cord that starts from your 7th and stretches to the screen

  7. Using the gold cord, move your awareness from your 7th to the screen

  8. While your awareness is on the screen, ground

You will have a grounding cord for your body and a grounding cord for your awareness. You can move around the place you've selected on your screen. Two things to keep in mind are not to be seen and not to change anything. You can also choose the time period—but travel only to the past or present.

  1. When you are ready to come back unground

  2.  Move your awareness back to your 7th using the gold cord

  3.  Move your awareness back to your 6th (center of your head)

  4.  Drop the gold cord down your grounding cord

  5.  Drop the place you visited down your grounding cord

  6.  Lean forward and touch the floor

*Center of the head

To find the center of your head, draw a line from the center of your forehead to the back of your head. You can use your finger to assist. Then draw a line from just above your ear to just above your other ear. Where these two lines intersect is the center of your head.

**Grounding cord

From the center of your head, imagine a cord from the base of your spine to the center of the earth.

It is recommended to practice being in the center of your head for a while, maybe a couple of weeks, before trying to use this travel technique. Practice creating a grounding cord as well. This will enhance your experience and keep you present.

If your head starts to hurt while your attention is on your screen, stop and follow the steps to get back to the center of your head.
